The 81-Square Universe

In order to provide a fun and interesting place for discussing all ages to discuss shogi, please make sure to keep these rules in mind.

1. Be respectful to other members. We're not asking you to like someone you dislike, but at least act in a kind manner. There's no reason to be disrespectful.
2. Offensive and derogatory comments are not allowed. Making a post with the intention of ill-will towards another member because of such things as race, sex, religion, political views, etc., is prohibited.
3. You may not have multiple accounts. If we find that you have created more than one account, we will simply delete all the others besides your main one. If the problem persists we will take appropriate action.
4. Refrain from offensive language. We ask that you do not make it a habit to use curse words in your posts, and you most definitely may not use "harsh" curse words. A censor has been put in place to block these words automatically, and we ask that you do not try to bypass the censor.
5. Do not spam. Spamming means that you make posts that have no relevance to the topic or simply make no sense. Spam posts will be dealt with appropriately by forum staff.
6. Refrain from double posting. While it is okay to make a new post if your topic is an announcement-like topic (such as, a topic for announcing when games will take place), in an ordinary discussion, please use the Edit option to add content to your post if there are no responses.
7. Please try to use proper grammar and spelling. While it is not a requirement to use perfect grammar, we ask that you at least try to make your posts legible, and do not use chat or "txt" speak. Also, "+h15 +yP3 0f ch4tsp33k 15 jUs+ 4nN0y!n6".
8. Piracy is absolutely prohibited. The 81-Square Universe will absolutely not act as a place to discuss or provide links to pirated software, music, etc. If a member sends a private message asking about or offering a pirated service, please contact an administrator immediately.
9. Do not flame or "troll." Flaming is arguing for the sake of arguing. Do not get into an argument simply to throw insults at the other person. Trolling means attempting to get users to flame you.
10. Sexual content of any kind is prohibited. This is a forum for all ages, and we will not allow sexual content of any kind to exist on the 81-Square Universe. You will be dealt with if you post this kind of material.
